Thanksgiving prepared

  • Ham pickle roll ups

Dinner:
  • Turkey
  • Turkey breast
  • Mashed Potatoes
  • Gravy
  • Stuffing
  • Green Bean Casserole
  • Corn
  • Brussel sprouts
  • Croissants
Dessert:
  • Sweet Potato Pie 
  • Apple Pie
  • Pumpkin roll
  • Lemon Meringue
Prep lists

Tuesday:
  • make pie crusts
  • make pumpkin roll
  • chop herbs
  • marinate turkey
  • cook eggs
  • cut tortillas
  • cut bread for stuffing
  • cut veggies for stuffing
  • prep brussel sprouts
Wednesday:
  • make deviled eggs
  • cut cheese and sausage
  • make salsa
  • cut potatoes
  • make stuffing
  • prep green bean casserole
  • make sweet potato pie
  • make apple pie
  • make lemon meringue pie
Thursday:
  • bake turkeys
  • bake stuffing
  • make ham pickle roll ups
  • fry chips
  • make mashed potatoes
  • make gravy
  • cook corn
  • cook brussel sprouts
  • bake croissants
  • whip cream
  • EAT!
The only thing left to do is to figure out what to eat for breakfast on Thursday morning.  I may try beignets, not sure.  I would love to make some croissants from scratch and stuff them with egg, sausage, and cheese...but we will see how ambitious I feel :)

Don't forget the mayo with those croissant sandwiches. The French invented mayo for a reason you know. Sounds like a wonderful menu: especially the brussel sprouts!
