Hungry

So, I had one of those days where I just could not get full...or more accurately...I couldn't stop being hungry.  I felt like my metabolism was going full steam and I just couldn't get enough. 

This is how my day went:
Frosted mini wheats
Coffee with hazelnut creamer
One mini Milky Way
Ham and cheese sandwich with chips
Small beef stick
String cheese
Orange
One orange taffy
Two good size helpings of Pasta - Penne, Chicken, Onions, and Broccoli with cream sauce....and then I was full!  I am stuffed and it feels darn good.  I know I am not supposed to eat until I am stuffed, but the pasta was just so good.  I love broccoli :)

Ok, now I have my curiosity up and feel the need to see exactly how many calories I ingested.  So, same list as above, just all in numbers:

I did a quick search on all those numbers, so they may not all be that accurate, but still for a day that I felt like I ate too much, I really didn't do so bad!  Some random internet calorie calculator tells me I need 1790 to maintain my weight and I am well under that. 
On another yet very similar note, I put in 18.3 miles last week!  I haven't run that much in a week in a long time...or ever.  I am not sure, since I haven't always been good at keeping track.  But, 18 miles, I am proud of and if that makes my metabolism sky rocket, I am more than happy with that.  How many miles will I get in this week?  We will see....

I run so I can eat...yes ma'am. :)
